Description: Work closely with industrial clients, manufacturing plants, and EHS teams to support technical safety projects.
Responsibilities include:

Conducting client visits and site assessments
Understanding technical safety requirements
Supporting BOQ preparation and technical discussions
Coordinating project execution activities
Promoting solution-based industrial safety products and services
Supporting audits, compliance initiatives, and workplace safety improvements

Preparing and following up on quotations
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships

Operations & Dispatch Executive

Location: Zirakpur

Qualifications: Matriculate/Graduate (Any), Valid Driver's License, Own Vehicle Preferred
Salary Range: ₹13000 – ₹17000 Per month + Vehicle Reimbursements
Description: Coordinate order dispatches, logistics, transporter communication, inventory movement, and delivery tracking for industrial safety products and project supplies. The role involves ensuring smooth operational flow, timely deliveries, POD tracking, and coordination with internal sales and accounts teams.
Ideal for candidates with operations, warehouse, logistics, or dispatch coordination experience. Ability to work in a structured and fast-moving environment is important.

Fire Safety Executive/Manager

Location: Zirakpur
Department: Fire Protection Systems
Preferred Experience: 2–10 Years (Fresh graduates with exceptional technical knowledge may also be considered)
Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Fire Engineering, Civil or related discipline
Certification in Fire & Safety or Fire Protection Engineering is an advantage
HSE Certified

Description: MM Safety & Work Wear Solutions is expanding its Fire Protection Division and is looking for a technically strong professional to support the design, estimation, and execution of fire protection projects. The role will involve preparing BOQs, reviewing drawings, conducting site visits, coordinating installations, and providing technical support to clients and the sales team.
Skills Preferred:

Good understanding of fire protection systems and their installation
Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Working knowledge of AutoCAD
Knowledge of NBC 2016 and relevant IS standards is preferred
Understanding of hydrant and sprinkler systems
Knowledge of fire alarm systems is an advantage
Ability to prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to travel to project sites
Strong problem-solving and technical learning ability

Salary Range: ₹25000 – ₹35000 Per month
Description: Support day-to-day sales operations including RFQ tracking, quotation coordination, vendor follow-ups, customer communication, dispatch coordination, and documentation management. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced industrial business environment.
Candidates with experience in backend sales, industrial coordination, operations support, or supply chain coordination preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and communication skills are essential.
