The Founders

Sanjeev Mahajan and Poonam Mahajan founded MM Safety in 2018, driven by a vision to address the challenges companies faced in sourcing reliable, high-quality safety equipment. With 35 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, insurance, and corporate roles at companies like Max Life, Bayer, and Pramerica Life Insurance, Sanjeev brought valuable industry insights to the venture. The couple established MM Safety as a woman-led business, with Poonam serving as co-head. Their approach focuses on streamlining a network of manufacturers and importers, ensuring quality control and price stability. Beyond offering standard safety products, MM Safety provides specialized equipment, certifications, and since 2022, comprehensive safety services.
